These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between MindQue India Pvt. Ltd. (“Studit”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“you”, “your”) regarding your access to and use of our website www.studit.in, mobile applications, and all services offered by us (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.


1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Studit’s website or Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if below 18.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating accounts, registering for services, or making payments.


2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

  • Unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to support@studit.in.


3. Services

  • Studit provides educational services, including home tutoring, tuition centre classes, online classes, educational content, exam support, and extracurricular programs.

  • Service details, schedules, and pricing are provided at the time of booking.


4. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid as per the selected plan or service.

  • Studit uses secure payment gateways. Any applicable transaction charges may apply.

  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a service or booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled class or session.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via the app, website, or email support@studit.in.

  • If a tutor or center cancels a session, we will notify you immediately and offer a rescheduled session at your convenience.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable if:

    1. We fail to provide the service you booked.

    2. You cancel within the stipulated time mentioned in the cancellation policy.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via support@studit.in.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Any service partially used or missed without valid cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Studit platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by Studit and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


8. User Conduct

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

    • Harass, defame, or harm other users or tutors.

    • Post content that infringes on third-party rights, contains offensive material, or violates applicable laws.

    • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.


9. Third-Party Links

  • The Studit platform may contain links to third-party websites.

  • We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Studit does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of content, schedules, or tutor availability.

  • Use of the platform is at your own risk.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • Studit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of Services or platform.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studit, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Misuse of the Services.

  • Intellectual property infringement or illegal activity.


13. Termination

  • Studit may terminate or suspend your access to the Services if we believe you have breached these Terms.

  • Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.


14. Force Majeure

  • Studit will not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, or internet failures.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Odisha.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.


16. Statute of Limitation

  • Any claims arising from these Terms must be filed within 1 year of the event giving rise to the claim.


17. Waiver of Class Action Rights

  • You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings against Studit.
